Total weight gain/loss: I think I'll stop keeping track...
Maternity clothes? nothing new
Best moment this week: We got an ugly old rocking chair. It's very comfy. Daddy and I have been super sick with fevers and all all week. The freezer stopped working, so did they dryer- Daddy fixed both. If nothing else, this week should make next week seem really great.
Movement: The kicks are pretty painful now. I still love them, I just wish they were coming from the outside world now...
Food cravings: chick-fil-a, milkshakes and popsicles.
Gender: Definitely boy!
Labor Signs: I had my first round of real contractions this week. They were painful. Started out 10 mins apart and got further, but they lasted for about 6 hours. I should have gone to the hospital, I guess, but I knew he wasn't coming that night.
Belly Button in or out? It's pretty weird looking.
What I miss: Not being so sick, sleeping on my stomach, not being huge...
What I am looking forward to: Touring the hospital next week.
Weekly Wisdom: none...
Milestones: I don't believe I'm going to be any more prepared than I am now. And I am perfectly fine with that. Come on, baby!

Little Hoot

Being on bed rest is not my idea of fun, however, sewing is! Here's a little dangle toy I made to hang from Baby J's car seat. His seat is the 'Little Hoot' travel system from Target, which was my inspiration... I love owls and birds... Can't wait for the little man to use it. I stuck a couple bells in the little owl so it jingles. Not much longer now...

Best moment this week: Great Grandma Joyce got us both some new clothes. Baby's hospital bag is packed and ready and mine is started. All the laundry's done and we're just waiting.
Movement: Those big feet are killing me. Too much baby, not enough stomach.
Food cravings: chick-fil-a, milkshakes and popsicles.
Gender: Definitely boy!
Labor Signs: Not yet, but I'm so ready I can barely stand it.
Belly Button in or out? It's not out, but it sure is weird.
What I miss: Not being pregnant.
What I am looking forward to: I'm getting pretty tired of being pregnant now.
Weekly Wisdom: Not much...
Milestones: Dr. appointment this week was different. The Dr. left to go deliver a baby and I really wished it was mine. But it was a fine visit-all healthy.

Geography

I have been searching and searching for the perfect map for the nursery. A really large one with good color and a little whimsy. I'm gonna say I hit the jackpot on this one!

It's about 2' x 3' and the ocean matches everything perfectly! I was so excited... and the best part- after all that searching, (literally months) I found this beautiful framed map at a yard sale for $2! The only thing is that it's vintage, which is awesome, but it means there is no Russia. I guess Baby is going to have some geography issues...

Best moment this week: I've been doing a lot of baby laundry and getting things ready this week. Figuring out what we still need and finding more stuff for the nursery.
Movement: Constantly.
Food cravings: chick-fil-a, milkshakes and popsicles.
Gender: Definitely boy!
Labor Signs: Not yet, thankfully!
Belly Button in or out? I don't think it's going to come out, but it's starting to look pretty funky!
What I miss: not being so sick all the time!
What I am looking forward to: the next few weeks passing!
Weekly Wisdom: I'm running low on wisdom...
Milestones: I had my first Mother's Day this week.

32 weeks

Maternity clothes? nothing new

Best moment this week: Getting to see the most precious baby on the monitor at the 3d/4d ultrasounds. Getting to show everyone the pictures and videos afterward and having them to look at.

Movement: Very wiggly, and in the videos we got to see eyes open and close and lots of movement. Daddy loves the crazy kicking.

Food cravings: chick-fil-a, milkshakes and popsicles.

Gender: Definitely boy!

Labor Signs: Not yet, thankfully!

Belly Button in or out? I don't think it's going to come out, but it's starting to look pretty funky!

What I miss: nice weather!

What I am looking forward to: the next few weeks passing!

Weekly Wisdom: Those big feet are starting to hurt.

Milestones: Baby started to drop into place this week. I can almost breathe again and the heartburn has temporarily subsided.

How far along? 31 weeks 6 days
Total weight gain/loss: Babe's starting to get big, and so am I!
Maternity clothes? nothing
Best moment this week: The weather has been pretty horrible this week, and I've been sick. Our 3d/4d ultrasound was supposed to be this week but got canceled. Not really much fun stuff this week...
Movement: The kicks are getting very strong and little feet like to poke and push out as hard as possible!
Food cravings: chick-fil-a, milkshakes and popsicles.
Gender: Definitely boy!
Labor Signs: Not yet, thankfully!
